When I first heard about Team IMPACT, I never imagined the profound effect it would have on our family. At Lo+Mo, we are always on the lookout for incredible organizations to support, and Team IMPACT quickly captured our hearts.

A Life-Changing Partnership

Our journey with Team IMPACT began when they facilitated a partnership between the University of Wisconsin Women’s Basketball Team and my daughter Emma. As a family, we were navigating challenging times, and the support, camaraderie, and love from the team brought a renewed sense of hope and joy into our lives. The bond formed between my daughter and the team was immediate and transformative. She gained a group of role models and friends who encouraged her, celebrated her victories, and stood by her side through difficult moments.

Transformative Impact

The impact of this partnership extended beyond Emma. It transformed all our lives. We witnessed firsthand how the power of connection and community can uplift and inspire. The women on the team have become like family to us, and their unwavering support has been a beacon of light. Watching my daughter’s confidence grow, seeing her face light up with joy at each game, and knowing she has a group of incredible women cheering her on has been a gift beyond measure.

Honored at the National Gala

In April 2024, I had the immense honor of being invited to speak as the family keynote speaker at the national Team IMPACT gala in Boston, MA. Standing before a room filled with supporters, sharing our story, and expressing our gratitude was a moment I will never forget. The experience reinforced how vital Team IMPACT’s work is and how many lives they touch.
